Meet the Team
Anna Remus
Anna Remus is a director and writer drawn to stories rooted in transformation and secrets. She grew up in the wild, frigid landscapes of International Falls, America’s coldest city, where she first learned the power of atmosphere in storytelling through the Bible stories she heard on Sundays.
After graduating from Harvard University, Anna began her career working on nationally-broadcast programs like Downton Abbey and interviewing award-winning talent, including Benedict Cumberbatch. She has since led visual storytelling projects for major brands such as Planet Fitness, Pfizer, and Zulily.
She was named a runner-up in the 2020 ScriptED Writing Challenge at Sundance Film Festival, and in 2023 she was chosen for the Stowe Story Labs feature campus. She was recently selected for the 2027 AFI DWW+ cohort.
Anna’s work explores emotional shifts within vivid, atmospheric settings, drawn to the cracks where the ordinary breaks open.

Phoebe Wong
Phoebe Wong is a Beijing-born, Los Angeles-based producer with over a decade of experience across the U.S. and Asian entertainment industries. She began her career at a leading Chinese studio, contributing to U.S.-China co-productions, before moving to Hollywood to pursue her passion for globally resonant storytelling.
She has worked in production on major studio projects, including Monster S4 (Netflix), Crime 101 (Amazon MGM Studios), and The Accountant 2 (Amazon MGM Studios), The Academy Awards (ABC). As an independent producer, her short films have screened at Tribeca, UTA theater and more. She is an alum of the PGA Create Lab, the Women In Film (WIF) Producer Fellowship, and Half Initiative.
Phoebe holds an M.F.A. in Producing from the New York Film Academy and a certificate in Entertainment Law from the USC Gould School of Law. She is passionate about developing socially resonant stories, particularly those centered on women, stories that champion resilience, independence, and purpose.
